1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Onlymassage platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and professionals listed on the platform.
2. Description of Service
Onlymassage is a directory and booking platform that connects clients with massage therapists, wellness professionals, and physiotherapy studios. We provide tools for professionals to create profiles, list services, and receive bookings, and for clients to search, browse, and contact professionals.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Professional Listings
Professionals who create listings on Onlymassage are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their profile content, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and credentials. Onlymassage does not verify professional qualifications and does not endorse any particular professional. Listings must not contain misleading information, illegal content, or content that violates our community guidelines.
5. Bookings and Payments
Bookings made through the platform are agreements between the client and the professional. Onlymassage facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the service agreement. Any disputes regarding service quality, cancellations, or refunds are between the client and the professional. Payment terms are set by individual professionals.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; harass, threaten, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission; or use the platform to solicit business outside of it in a way that circumvents our fees.
7. Subscription and Fees
Professional listings are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is displayed on our For Professionals page. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time, and your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Onlymassage platform — including the logo, design, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to Onlymassage and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of professionals or clients. We do not endorse or verify the quality of services offered by professionals on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onlymassage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your listings and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland. For users outside Poland, mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
